Cancellation & Rescheduling
We require a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
We understand that life happens. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment to ensure we stay on time for our next guest. Full service fees will still apply.
Your comfort is our priority. If you prefer a quiet experience to work, read, or simply relax, please select the "Silent Appointment" option during booking or let your stylist know upon arrival. We will keep conversation to a minimum, ensuring your peace of mind.
Failing to arrive for your appointment without notice will result in a 100% service fee charge. Future bookings may require a non-refundable deposit.
We want you to love your hair! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your service, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly make any necessary adjustments at no additional cost.
